1. Material Revolution: Environmental Philosophy of FSC Certified Cardboard

We select 350g high-density white card and recycled kraft paper, which have passed FSC forest certification and ISO 9001 quality management system dual certification. White cardboard uses original wood pulp fiber weaving technology, with a compressive strength of 5.2kN/m² and a load-bearing capacity of 5kg without deformation; kraft paper is treated with water-based nano-coating, and its moisture resistance is increased by 40%, and it is 100% compostable and degradable (refer to the environmental protection characteristics of high-end kraft cardboard).

2. Printing aesthetics: micron-level precision and color management

Introducing Heidelberg CD102 six-color printing press and GMG color management system, achieving ultra-precision color reproduction of ΔE≤1.2. Targeting minimalist design needs: • Line control: 0.05mm fine line printing technology to ensure sharp edges of the LOGO without burrs; • Gradual transition: Pantone gradient ink + multi-color overprinting process to achieve smooth gradient of 0-100% transparency; • Special effects: Local matte UV and pearlescent white ink are superimposed to create a high-grade matte texture.

3. Matt film process: dual dimensional enhancement of touch and vision

Adopting German Henkel XL800 matte film, with a thickness of 18μm and a haze of 85%, the reflectivity is reduced to less than 12%. Through plasma pretreatment technology to enhance the adhesion of the film layer, combined with cold hot stamping technology (refer to embossing hot stamping technology), the gold lines present a 0.3mm three-dimensional embossed effect on the matte base, and the touch is as delicate as silk.

4. Hot stamping philosophy: luxurious expression in restraint

Following the minimalist principle of “less is more”, we innovatively apply nano micro hot stamping technology: • Thickness control: The thickness of the gold foil is only 3μm, achieving 0.08mm ultra-fine line hot stamping; • Positioning accuracy: The laser plate making error is ≤0.02mm, ensuring that the LOGO is perfectly aligned with the edge of the box; • Color management: Adopt rose gold/champagne gold customized color card, color difference ΔE≤0.8 (refer to hot stamping process standards).

5. Smart Manufacturing Matrix: Industrial 4.0 Production System

• Equipment Cluster: Equipped with 23 smart devices such as German BOBST die-cutting machine and Italian Sacmi embossing machine, supporting 0.1mm precision special-shaped cutting; • Digital Center: MES system monitors temperature and humidity (±1.5%), pressure (±0.02MPa) and other parameters in real time, and the defect rate is controlled below 0.2%; • Quick Response: 3D modeling and proofing are completed in 8 hours, and the mass production cycle is shortened to 7-9 days.

6. Design empowerment: infinite possibilities of minimalist aesthetics

The team led by three international packaging design award winners provides three major design strategies: • Structural simplicity: Develop 12 patented folding structures (such as magnetic top and bottom covers) to reduce redundant parts; • Visual subtraction: Use blank art and negative space design to reduce information density by 40%; • Interactive innovation: Embed NFC chip (optional), scan the code to get the fragrance story and brand AR scene (refer to smart packaging trends).

7. Industrial cornerstone: vertical integration of the 5,320㎡ super factory

• Spatial layout: divided into three intelligent workshops for printing, die-cutting and packaging, equipped with AGV unmanned handling system; • Capacity configuration: daily production capacity of 200,000 pieces, supporting orders from 500 pieces to million-level mass production, and 24-hour delivery of emergency orders; • Quality control system: ISO 9001/BSCI certified, each batch of products undergoes 12 destructive tests (pressure resistance/drop/high and low temperature).
