This design was customized for a niche European salon fragrance brand. The clock element conveys the concept of “eternal classic”. The UV coating on the box surface enhances the sense of unboxing ceremony. Customer feedback shows that the repurchase rate of gift boxes has increased by 25%.
Using 350g single powder card paper, the surface is smooth and delicate. The retro tones of orange pattern and beige background are accurately restored through four-color printing. With full-plate UV technology, the pattern presents a high gloss texture, simulating the retro paint effect, while enhancing the anti-scratch performance to ensure that it is not easy to wear during transportation.
The center of the box surface presents a Roman numeral clock (Ⅺ, Ⅻ, Ⅰ, etc.) with retro carving technology, symbolizing “precious moments”, surrounded by Baroque vine patterns, combined with beige background and orange gradient, creating a nostalgic luxury, in line with the narrative tone of high-end perfume brands.
The orange (Pantone 165C) and beige (Pantone Warm Gray 1C) of the design draft are accurately restored through the Heidelberg four-color printing press, and the full-page UV coating covers the box surface, forming a layered contrast between matte and glossy surfaces, with a delicate touch like silk, and visually highlighting the three-dimensional relief effect.
The clock pattern on the box surface adopts laser engraving concave and convex technology, the edges of the numbers are clear and sharp, and the vine pattern presents a three-dimensional touch through the embossing process, echoing the slogan “THIS IS A CHARMING MOMENT FOR YOU”, conveying the brand’s pursuit of ritual sense.
The orange main pattern forms a low-saturation contrast with the beige background, and is matched with the edge of the pure white bottom box to create a sense of luxury; the text “PERFUME” uses a serif font with hot black gold technology, and is mixed with a sans-serif slogan font to balance retro and modern aesthetics.
The self-owned factory is equipped with fully automatic die-cutting equipment, which supports high-precision die-cutting of complex patterns and Roman numerals (error ≤ 0.1mm), combined with 7-9 days of fast delivery capabilities, to meet small batch customization needs (minimum order quantity 500 pieces), ensuring design restoration.
The use of FSC certified cardboard and water-based varnish meets the EU REACH environmental standards.
